What is ADAS?

Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), referred to as ADAS, is an active safety technology that uses sensors on the vehicle to collect environmental data inside and outside the vehicle at the first time, to identify, detect and track static and dynamic objects, so that drivers can detect possible dangers in the fastest time to attract attention and improve safety. The sensors adopted by ADAS mainly include camera, radar, laser and ultrasonic, which can detect light, heat, pressure or other variables used to monitor the status of the vehicle, usually located in the front and rear bumpers, side mirrors, inside the driving rod or on the windshield of the vehicle.
